According to the latest information from IT officials, certain amount of cash, jewelry, gold biscuits, and land documents were found in the house of Anushka, related to Nagarjuna. Moreover, Nagarjuna and Anushka have a joint account in a Multi national bank, which starts with alphabet ‘H’ and this account, was under operation only by Anushka and Nagarjuna and was not known to Amala.When the IT officers raided the house and asked Amala for explanation,she was shocked that Nag had a joint account with Anushka.The most shocking news is that Nagarjuna and Anushka own a luxury residence in a foreign country, which is registered in the name of Anushka and Nagarjuna, whose relationship in the registration documents is mentioned as wife and husband.

The IT officer, whose name starts with S, has disclosed that the joint properties, gold, cash in the joint account of Multinational bank is worth Rs 216 crores.He also hints that, he has never seen a person believing so much on a ‘good friend’ in his 16 years of career.He also hints that, Anushka might be Nagarjuna’s too best buddy, or may be something else, as the IT raids discovery has suggested.May be, soon,Amala will get replaced by Anushka besides Nagarjuna soon?

President of India Pratibha Patil on Thursday presented the first set of the Padma awards for the current year to 61 recipients, including singing legend S P Balasubrahmanyam, actor Jayaram and actress Tabu.The President presented the awards at a function attended by Vice President Hamid Ansari, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi and other high profile guests at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Thursday evening.While S P Balasubrahmanyam was honoured with the Padma Bhusan, both Jayaram and Tabu were presented Padma Shri. All the three expressed happiness for receiving one of the highest honours of the country.In all, the government on the eve of the Republic Day had announced a list of 128 Padma awards winners —13 Padma Vibhushan, 31 Padma Bhushan and 84 Padma Shri. Another investiture ceremony is scheduled for April 1 to honour the remaining awardees.

NTR’s upcoming film Shakthi has been censored a week ahead of its release.The film has been given an A certificate and the board suggested few minor cuts.The high adrenaline action film has Jr NTR, Ileana, Prabhu, Sonu Sood and others in lead roles.The film’s about Shakthi Peethams and has some elements of fantasy as well apart from a part of the story which is set in modern times.Buzz is that NTR would be seen in four different roles in the film.Two of these avatars have been revealed; however the makers have been extra-careful to not reveal anything about the other two characters so that there’s enough surprise left for the audience.

Given the hype about the film,it’s natural to deduce that there must be fierce competition for the film’s distribution and other rights. However, this deal for Ceded region is beyond any doubt a jaw-dropper which has caught even the trade pundits by surprise.A source tells us that, there’s an offer for around Rs 10 crores for the distribution rights in Ceded region.That’s not it.There are several offers from individual districts from the same region and if taken into account all these offers, the producers are on the brink of getting a eye-popping deal of around Rs 13 crore!This is a new record for the distribution rights of any film in Telugu cinema history in Ceded region.

Since we love comparing numbers,lets see how the film fares with some of the recent high-profile releases. Balakrishna’s Parama Veera Chakra had got an offer of Rs 11 crores for both Nizam and Ceded territories combined.
