Shooting the most difficult scenes of 'Eega' says Rajamouli - JustTollywood.com News

Successful director S S Rajamouli’s experimental fantasy flick Eega is currently being shot in Hyderabad.A schedule has been wrapped up earlier on the lead cast Nani, Samantha and Sudeep, where few scenes have been shot with the help of a Scorpio crane.The latest schedule has begun a couple of days back and Rajamouli says that they are filming the most difficult part of the movie, scenes featuring the house-fly.

Rajamouli confesses that despite of the pre - visualization done prior to the shoot, he along with the unit members are finding it difficult to picturise the close shots on the house-fly. Rajamouli further informed that it is not being made in 3D due to the budget. “Thought a lot about shooting in 3D. But the economics aren't working out & also am not a big fan of 3D.I personally feel big screen 2D is better,” says the maverick director.Eega is being made simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil versions, with Senthil as cinematographer and Keeravani as music director.

Sarah Jane Dias and Anjali Lavania are playing the leading ladies in the movie.Director of The Shadow, Vishnuvardhan has already informed that the story of the film is set in Mafia backdrop and Pawan Kalyan will play an underworld don in the film.Power Star has gone for a new look in the film and he was seen in a rugged look with a fully grown beard and new hair style to fit the role of Mafia Don perfectly.Though the makers have initially tried to keep his look under wraps, Pawan’s still from the shooting spot is somehow leaked and is now making rounds in the web.The first look is causing enough stir and is raising the expectations on Shadow.

Jr NTR, who is currently in abroad on his honeymoon trip will join the sets of his Oosaravelli from 16th May. Oosaravelli has Tamanna as the female lead and Surender Reddy as director.NTR will shoot for a 10 day schedule for Oosaravelli in May. Next to this, the A1 Star will move onto Boyapati Srinu’s directorial Churakatti, being produced by K S Rama Rao under the banner Creative Commercials.Churakatti was launched in the month of April but failed to move onto the sets with the employee federation strike and NTR’s wedding.Finally, the regular shooting of the film will commence from 30th May.Shruti Haasan has been zeroed in as the leading lady in the film while Priyamani will be seen as the second lead.
