What is the mind game in Nitin's 'Maaro' - JustTollywood.com News

Nitin's 2-year old project Satyam Shivam Sundaram has been rechristened as Maaro. The film has been unduly delayed due to some reasons but it has finally taken off. And what more, it is even ready for release. The Siddique -directed film has the new title Maaro as the producers think it will be more catchy. Though Nitin has all along been seen as a lover boy in film after film, Maaro will see him quite a new avatar. He is playing an IIT student in the film.
The actor is not playing a low brow role in it but an intelligent one who overcomes tribulations in his life by sheer cleverness. He is confronted with some problems and he solves them with mind games. The producers do not divulge any more information as yet. It has dialogues by Chintapalli Ramana and music by Mani Sharma. Mamidala Srinivas and Sagar are producing it jointly.

Tammareddy scouts for quality children's films - JustTollywood.com News

After Dasari and SV Krishna Reddy, it is Tammareddy Baradwaj who is scouting for more and more quality and creative children's films. On the occasion of the International Children's Film Festival, the Telugu cinema stalwarts are airing their passionate opinions on separate films for children.
Tammareddy, speaking to media persons, stated that if once we saw films like Letha Manasulu, Pasivadi Pranam and Deeksha, these days we have filmmakers trying to make films for children only in the hope of getting subsidies from the government or awards. He also used the opportunity to criticise our prominent heroes who would not dare to act in a story like Taare Zameen Par, saying our heroes are not gutsy unlike Aamir Khan.
The cine veteran also pointed out that filmmakers and producers should make such films without keeping in sight benefits like subsidies. It is not just in our language but in no other language do films for children come, he said.

Gracy Singh of Lagaan in "Ramdev" - JustTollywood.com News

Actress Gracy Singh's was one of the luckiest debuts in the recent history of our cinema. She was not only paired opposite an internationally-renowned Indian superstar Aamir Khan, but also debuted with a film that was Oscar-nominated and perhaps the most famous Indian movie of the decade. Yet surprisingly, Gracy was not to be seen in too many films. Didn't offers come her way? They came but producers found her to be reluctant to skin show and act in extra-glamorous roles that border on the vulgar.
She got a nice offer in Santosham, opposite Yuvasamrat Nagarjuna. She could have well settled doing decent roles in regional films here, but nothing of that sort happened. She acted in some less known Malayalam and Tamil films and even in Bollywood.
Now, she has two films lined up for release in Telugu. The Abbas-starrer Ramdev and Rama Rama Krishna Krishna. Basheed is directing the film in which Abbas, Sai Kiran and Archana is doing an importan role. A family entertainer, it has music by Sri Lekha. The film is all set to release in December.
