Ram as an oldie and a cop - JustTollywood.com News

Ram is quite upbeat about his forthcoming film Rama Rama Krishna Krishna, in which he is playing a cop. Well, the actor is just back from Rajahmundry, where he shot for the film for a marathon 70 days at a stretch.
The long schedule, though proved to be backbreaking, was punctuated with exciting incidents. Sharing an anecdote in his blog, Ram says that one of the two reasons why those who like him should watch the movie is because RRKK is the film that shows him how he will look when he turns 60!
Quite well! So, the actor paraded in the streets with the oldie's get-up on, but none could know who it was. If it speaks volumes about the make-up man's skill, it also hints at the actor's ability to slip into a septuagenarian's role so easily.
Come April last week, when Ram says RRKK will be out in the theatres, you will know everything better. Keep watching this space.

Ram Gopal Varma's passion for 'Raktha Charitra' - JustTollywood.com News

Not many days ago, Ram Gopal Varma declared that Raktha Charitra was going to be his most important film. It seems that, with time, the film is turning out to be his biggest obsession. In his latest blog post, India's foremost director says that he is travelling emotionally along with the characters (Paritala Ravi, Suri, Modduseenu, Obul Reddy to name a few), as the film is progressing at a brisk pace.
Currently, RC is in the editor's room, but RGV is madly in love with his child. He indicated that he was taking creative carte blanched in depicting the bloody saga, though he seems to be more interested in telling the truth. But, he can't help it if he comes up with factual in correctness, because, as he justifies, "for the simple reason that I was not present there when those terrible incidents were planned and made to happen."
He says that he is trying to get into the mindset of his characters. Finally, he raises our expectations of RC top notch, when he writes that he believes in what someone had told him: "If you truly seriously read a book, just in a few hours you can get all the knowledge of that author what it probably took that author a lifetime to gather and understand to put it in a certain perspective." Now, we expect the same from this much-awaited flick.
