It is well aware that Pawan Kalyan has signed up for the remake of Bollywood hit film Gabbar Singh.The movie is all set to kick-off the floors from second week of May. Meanwhile, the film-makers are finalizing the cast and crew of the film.The latest buzz is Ajay has been roped in for the role of Pawan Kalyan’s brother in the film while Kajal Agarwal has been earlier finalized as the leading lady in the movie. Harish Shankar will direct the film and Pawan Kalyan himself will produce it under the banner Pawan Kalyan Creative Works. Currently, the script work is under progress and other details will be finalized soon.

Sharath Vasudevan is the music director and lyrics are penned by Vanamaali.The Telugu audio of this bilingual film produced by Sathyam Cinemas and Aghal Films will launch in Hyderabad on May 7th along with the online music store and mobile applications.This flick was shot on the “Red” one digital camera and a whole song shot on the Phantom.The movie unit is gearing up with promotional events including contests and flash mobs etc.The first look of the film is already out and the cinematography won critical acclaim.

Singer Chitra's Daughter Nandana Died at Dubai - JustTollywood.com News

Popular singer K S Chitra's daughter Nandana who is 9-year old died after falling in a swimming pool in Dubai.Chitra along with her husband Vijaya Shankar and daughter Nandana has left to Dubai for participating in a musical extravaganza to celebrate the compositions of music director A R Rahman at Sharjah stadium today. What actually happened is KS Chitra and her troupe were in preparations to go out for rehearsals in the morning.They were staying at a villa in Emirates Hills, and saw that the front door was left open and Nandana was not found inside the house. By the time they went outside the villa and saw Nandana was lying in the swimming pool. She was rushed to a hospital in Jebel Ali, but she was already dead.Chitra and her husband Vijaya Shankar were blessed with Nandana after fifteen years of their marriage. Popular Character artist, who roused to great height with his Dialogue “Spot Pedutha Bidda”, actor Rami Reddy died here on Thursday in KIMS hospital.The actor was suffering from kidney problems and have not going well since many months breathed his last.Rami Reddy had done many Character oriented roles in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada.His Debut film Ankusham with Rajashekar in 1989, is a major milestone in his film career. His Part in Ammoru with Kodi Ramakrishna is added much credit to him.

His reputation touched sky heights in Tollywood, with films like, where he played anti-hero roles are, Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari, Kshana Kshanam, Peddarikaam, Gaayam, Balarama Krishnulu, Osey Ramulamma . Rami Reddy also had done Comedy role in Anaganaga Oka Roju .Reasons may be anything but telugu film industry is losing good actors in 2011. It’s very depressing to hear that, he is no more.

Young actress Samantha who is now busy both in Telugu and Tamil film industries was excited about elections in Tamilnadu.She was glad she would get to vote back in her hometown Chennai.On Wednesday, when she went to cast her vote, she was denied a chance as her name was not in the voters list in the polling booth.Ironically, Samantha's father and brother's names were present in the voters list and they got to vote.Furious Samantha lodged a complaint with the officials on election duty but in vain.

She had to come back without getting to vote.Infact Samantha had been wanting to vote for long and has been inspiring youngsters on social networking sites to go to polling stations and cast their vote on the poll day.It is an irony that she herself couldn't cast her vote thanks to the negligence of Election commission."We made complaints a few weeks ago when my dad and brother got the slips but not me.I should have known that nothing coule be done here.I am very angry at this irresponsibility.I feel cheated" Samantha posted.
