Ailment just couldn’t stop Superstar Rajinikanth, who is at his active best always.Even as his health showing fast improvement, the top actor has been busy doing rounds the hospital where he was admitted to, visiting fellow patients and interacting with them.“Rajini is full of energy.He has been making it a point to visit other patients regularly and to chat with them.Those in the hospital were stunned with the Superstar’s super act,” said sources.“Doctors recently removed phlegm from his chest.He will be discharged soon,” they said, adding: “The hospital is flooded with calls ever since Rajini was admitted here.The phone is ringing non-stop.” Meanwhile, fans of Rajini offered prayers at various temples in and around Tiruchi on Sunday, invoking the blessings of the Almighty for speedy recovery of the actor.Fans said that they would continue to offer special prayers across the State till the matinee idol returns home from hospital.

Tamil superstar Simbu whose remake of 'Vedam', titled ‘Vaanam’ has been declared a hit, and the young star is all set to start work for his next film, ‘Dabangg’s remake.It is known by now that this remake will be directed by director Dharani and now, sources say, that our heroine Richa Gangopadhyay will share screen space with Silambarasan.Though heroines like Sonakshi Sinha and Sonam Kapoor have been considered for the role, we hear the team finalised Richa.This NRI girl who has blockbusters like 'Leader', 'Nagavalli' and 'Mirapakai' to her credit, doesn't have a single movie in her kitty now."Richa is a great dancer and a beauty pageant winner as well, so maybe we can expect great performances since the duo are renowned dancers… The puja for this film will be held on May 9 at the AVM Studios." the movie unit informed.

Eversince Bollywood studman Salman Khan made a come back in his career with 'Wanted' which was a remake of Telugu and Tamil blockbuster 'Pokiri', he has been asking director Prabhu Deva to do a sequel to it. Sources say Salman is deperate for 'Wanted-2'.'Pokiri' was a superhit in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi.The sequel to it has not come in Telugu and Tamil as yet.Despite his projects down south, Prabhu Deva worked on a script for the sequel and it is expected to go on floor by the end of 2011.

However, what our birdies have to say might interest one and all.It is now said that, Prabhu Deva’s lady love, Nayantara will be paired up with Salman Khan in this sequel! This is on contrary to the speculation prevailing among Nayantara’s fans that she will quit acting after marrying Prabhu Deva, which is after he obtains his divorce this June.Whether the South Indian beauty Nayantara shares screen space with Salman in ‘Wanted 2’ or not, we’ll have to wait to know.

Even as the final touches are being given for his forthcoming film ‘Badrinath’ under the direction of V V Vinayak and produced by Allu Aravind on the banner of Geetha Arts, Stylish Star Allu Arjun is making use of his leisure time to listen to stories for his future projects.In the process, he gave nod to Trivikram Srinivas as he was impressed with the storyline. When the director suggested the name of Ileana as heroine for the film, Allu Arjun was quite hesitant and expressed his displeasure over the decision.May be, Ileana’s films in the recent past failed to click at the Box Office and Allu Arjun was quite sentimental in this regard.Moreover, gossips made rounds in the recent past that Ileana is troubling the producers and others on the sets and is demanding somewhere around Rs 1.5 crore for a film.Following Allu Arjun’s displeasure, the director is looking for either a fresh face or another heroine would suit best opposite Allu Arjun.

'Dream Lover' shooting in Hyderabad - JustTollywood.com News



Naga Chaitanya is presently enjoying the success of his latest film ‘100% Love’. Now he is busy shooting for his next film with Kajal playing the female lead in various locales in and around Hyderabad.The movie which is being shot with a working title ‘Dream Lover’ is being directed by Ajay Bhuyan and produced by Chandra Reddy on the banner of Sri Kamakshi Enterprises.It is worth mentioning here that D Sivaprasad Reddy is one of the best friends of Nagarjuna, while his son Chandra Reddy is a close pal to Nag’s son Naga Chaitanya.The film had almost completed 50 per cent of its shooting so far.The film is based on a love subject with action in its backdrop.As per the available information, the producer is making efforts to release the film in August. Devisri Prasad scored music for the movie and it is learnt that the film unit is likely to decide the title through a contest.

Real star Srihari's next film has been announced.Set in Hyderabadi backdrop,the film is titled 'Tea Samosa Biscuit'. Babji is directing and producing the film on his People's Theatre banner. He apparently made films like 'N T R Nagar' and 'Nalla Pusalu' before.This film will go on floors in June.A special set worth Rs 50 lakh has been erected in the city specially for this movie. V Srinivas Reddy is the cinematographer for this action film.

The heroine and other technicians for this project are yet to be finalised."Director Babji has been working in Telugu cinema industry for the past ten years.I liked the concept of the film when he narrated the story to me.These days there are coffee shoppe, cafe counters and pubs in the city. Hyderabadi Irani Chai is as popular as Biryani here.But there are not many Irani chai centres in the city for a poor man to relax for ten minutes.Taking this point as the lead, we are proceeding with this movie." Srihari announced.
