In 2002, VN Adithya had given Reema Sen her biggest hit film in Telugu, ‘Manasanta Nuvve.’ This movie where she was cast opposite Uday Kiran had created a whole-new identity for Reema Sen and the movie was a musical hit! She received critical acclaim for her performance and the movie was remade in Kollywood as ‘Thithikude.’

Sources say that this untitled project will be shot in Malaysia for a month and will be a heroine-oriented subject. The movie is a romantic-comedy where three new comers strive for Reema’s attention!Reema is also a hit among Kollywood and Mollywood audiences and sources say that she will soon be doing a Mollywood flick with a Malayalam superstar under Shaji Kailas’s direction.Looks like Reema Sen has a lot in store for her fans shortly!

Legendry director K Balchander who is fondly called 'sir' by many senior actors in the industry has been declared the 'Dada Saheb Phalke award' for his contribution to cinema industry. The Government of India on Friday declared this award for the year 2010 to him.The whole South Indian film fraternity expressed happiness over the declaration of award to such a gifted and respected film personality. K Balchander is Guru of the sorts to several big names in the industry. He introduced Superstar Rajnikanth, Kamal Haasan, Prakash Raj, Jayasudha and Jayaprada to cinema industry.

He produced and directed films and even Television serials.'Marocharitra' which was made as 'Ek Duje Keliye' in Hindi, 'Rudra Veena' with Chiranjeevi, 'Antuleni Katha' with Jayaprada and Rajnikanth are a few of his films that enriched Telugu cinema industry.He made iconic films like 'Apoorva Raagangal', produced biggest hit like 'Roja' etc all.

Biggest directors in the industry today like Vetrimaaran, Selva Raghavan et al come from his school of directorial team. He made successful TV serials which were bi-linguals. Actor couple Jeevitha and Rajasekhar who are known to be anti Chiranjeevi and pro Y S Rajasekhar Reddy camp have announced on Friday that they are quitting Y S R Congress. Jeevitha and Rajasekhar had quit Congress party soon after Chiranjeevi announced the merger of PRP in Congress. They had then declared their support to Y S Jagan. But Rajasekhar alleged that Jagan had humiliated them both recently and hence they decided to stay away from him. They also claimed that they too have doubts on Jagan Mohan Reddy's corruption and blackmoney which is why they want to stay away from him.

"Recently when Y S Jagan held Jaladeeksha at Vijayawada, we both went there. After that when there was deeksha at New Delhi, Jagan asked both of us not to come. We didn't understand why he said that. After a few days he told me that people got diverted at Vijayawada deeksha looking at me in Jeans trousers and hence asked me to stay away from politics. I found it silly. We also feel that he is corrupt politician and decided to stay away from him. As of now we are not joining any political party. We had earlier only told that Chiranjeevi can't run a party. Our prediction came true" Rajasekhar said at a media conference he held in Friday.

Superstar Rajini Hospitalised ? - JustTollywood.com News

Tamil movie superstar Rajnikanth was admitted in the intensive care unit (ICU) of St. Isabel Hospital here Friday after a bout of vomiting in the morning, doctors said.According to hospital officials, Rajnikanth has been admitted in the ICU for discomfort. Speaking to reporters, the actor's wife Lata Rajnikanth said the superstar is safe and there is nothing to worry.

She said the actor ate something in the morning and started throwing up. "The doctors are attending to him and he is in safe hands," she said.In the morning, Rajnikanth was shooting for the movie "Rana" here. He is doing a triple role in the film. Directed by K.S. Ravikumar, "Rana" is being produced by Rajnikanth's daughter Soundarya's Ochre Studios in association with Eros International.
