Though, Shruthi seemed to have dropped down her ideas about onscreen presence, she seems to have received a big offer from Tollywood now.Sources have revealed that Shruthi Haasan has been offered to star opposite Siddarth in an untitled Telugu film directed by Prakash Rao.
It’s worth mentioning that Prakash is the son of stupendous filmmaker Raghavendra Rao. Prakash has been hitting headlines with his achievements over winning awards for various short films and had also producing a top-notching crossover film ‘Morning Raaga’.Looks like Shruthi Haasan has a penchant taste of proving her studiousness over all the regional film industries much alike her dad.

It is known news that the glowing beauty Bhumika is coming up with a new venture ‘Takita Takita’ in their home banner, Downtown Films. Now, a rumor was making rounds that ‘king’ Nagarjuna would be seen doing a guest role and young tiger NTR junior would be seen in a song.Responding to this, producer Bharat Thakur clarified that all these are just rumors.
However, he confirmed that the awesome beauty Anushka would be seen in a special song.He also added that the movie would be made with new faces and it is being directed by Srihari Nanu.More details on the venture will be announced shortly, said Bharat. So that’s curtains dropped on the gossip about Nag, NTR jr folks.

Suresh, the chocolate-boy of south Indian films in the 1980s, is busy with his second innings. Buzz is that he plays a negative role in 'Asal' (being produced by Sivaji Productions) which stars Ajith.On his 'Asal' experiences, Suresh says, "it is a young team. Director Saran has given me an image makeover. I am working with renewed energy. Acting with a seasoned performer like Ajith is a great feeling".
Recalling his journey in the tinsel town, Suresh says, "my father Gopinath was a noted filmmaker in Tamil cinema. He inspired me to enter films. I started my career as an editing assistant and dance assistant". Romantic roles were his forte and he played the lover boy in over 200 films in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam.

The Madras High Court has restrained Kamal Hassan and Pyramid Saimira Production International Limited from making statements relating to an agreement for producing the film 'Marmayogi'.Justice G Rajasuria passed the order on an application by Kamal Haasan and Raaj Kamal Films International, represented by its partner, S. Chandra Haasan, seeking to restrain Pyramid Saimira Production International Limited, from making any statement relating to the contract dated April 2, 2008.
In the affidavit, Kamal said the false accusations made against him by Pyramid Saimira were given wide publicity. Only after he explained the true facts, did the public understand the "falsity of the allegation and the depth of meanness" on the part of the entertainment company's directors."The evil intention behind this smear campaign in an attempt to tarnish my image is to spoil the chances of success of my new picture, Eenadu," he said and added: "If the company continued with its trade, making all kinds of baseless and false allegations against me, I would be put to great hardship."
Hence, the actor prayed the Court to restrain the defendants from making any statement relating to the Movie without prior permission of the court.

TamilNadu Director General of Police (Prisons) R Natraj said, “After editing, we produced the DVD format and sent copies to all the districts, from where it will be distributed to channels and theatres. AVM helped us with facilities.”The promo was directed by S Valarmathi Priya. It is said that many leading television channels have agreed to telecast the clipping free of cost in view of public safety.
