Dookudu shoots last leg - JustTollywood.com News



It is activity at full throttle at Toli Chowki where Mahesh Babu and team are shooting for the climax scenes of Dookudu. The film's release date has been fixed at September 23 and Sreenu Vaitla is busily involved in shooting the incomplete parts of some scenes. The songs of the film have seen decent success and are slowly growing on the listeners' ears. What's more, some dialogues of the film have only helped the film though they will have full impact only after the release of the movie. This is the first time that a Mahesh film has got punchy one-liners with a hint of over - played heroism and this is the reason why we are talking about them. Mahesh is also doing his homework to shoot for The Businessman which requires him to step into new shoes altogether.

Gopichand shooting for Mogudu climax - JustTollywood.com News



Actor Gopichand is busy shooting for the climax scenes of Mogudu at Ramoji Film City. Earlier, the Krishna Vamsi directorial completed its Malysia schedule (which began from August 26) where two songs and some crucial scenes were shot.The producers are planning to release the film in October. The film tries to convey the message that a man should know his responsibilities and he should understand the mindset of a woman to be deservingly called a husband.Dr Rajendra Prasad is playing a very important role and his character would remain a highlight of the movie. Naresh and Roja are playing special roles. Music is by Babu Shankar, camera is by Srikanth, while the film is being presented by Baby Bhavya.

Thing common about Kandireega, Dookudu - JustTollywood.com News



They may belong to different genres, but Kandireega and Dookudu have got something in common. If things go as per the plans, they both will be remade in Hindi with Salman Khan in the lead role. Though some sections of the media have already gone to the town saying the news is confirmed, it is too early days to talk about the remake of the already-released Ram-starrer, let alone the yet-to-be-release Mahesh-starrer, whose fate is not known yet.It may be noted that the two popular remakes made by Salman - Wanted and Ready, belonged to different genres. So also, the two films rumouredly being mooted by him to be remade. Having tasted moderae success with the romantic entertainer, Ready, Salman is optimistic about Kandireega, equally fun-filled as Ready. Similarly, since Wanted had been a roaring success, he expects to repeat the same with Dookudu, again an action film like Pokiri.

Ajay Natari is in the process of churning out a "complete family entertainer" for family audiences. The director says that 'Prema Pilustondi' will definitely be a successful hit.Starring Chanti and Sindhu Menon, the film is also branded youthful love and family entertainer by the makers. Ghantadi Krishna is the music director. Maradhuri Raja is the dialogue-writer, while Swarna and Nagaraju are the dance choreographers. Ajay Natari has written both the story as well as screenplay.

Pawan Kalyan and Mahesh Babu have been pally stars for long now. Though they do not wear their professional admiration for each other on their sleeves, their proximity has never been in doubt.True to this style, the Prince greeted his superstar colleague on Twitter wishing him a happy birthday, though Pawan doesn't have a twitter id because he doesn't socialise either online or offline.Prior to the release of Komaram Puli last year, Mahesh was the first star to congratulate his friend on the roaring success of the film's audio saying he thoroughly enjoyed listening to the AR Rahman musical.

Going by this, it may well turn out that Pawan and Mahesh will do a multi-starrer in some years. Bollywood audience may never get to see Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan teaming up given their blow hot blow cold relationship in real life, but the biggest Tollywood heroes shall come together for a film sooner or later.

Venky wants to break monotony - JustTollywood.com News



Much like Nagarjuna who dons the greasepaint to portray the roles of legendary dovotees like Sri Ramadasu and even God-saints like Shirdi Sai Baba, Victory Venkatesh too wanted to break the monotony by trying the role of the spiritual master, Swami Vivekananda. That is why he is doing a movie based on the life of the 19th century Vedantist."A role of spiritual master gives me a break from monotony and it's high time for me to switch gears," he told a popular English-language daily. The ageing star feel that "the show must go on and we have to take the next step."

In fact, the star has been desiring to do a high-brow role for long. More than a decade ago, he confessed his desire to play a spiritual character and quoted Annamayya.It is commendable that Venky wants to think out of the box and do something really challenging as well as meaningful. If Vivekananda becomes a commercial hit, it will herald a renewed beginning for Venky who is in his late 40s.
