Merupu to Shoot at Chennai in June - JustTollywood.com News

'Merupu’, starring Ram Charan Tej and directed by ‘Bangaram’ director Dharani, will shoot at Chennai this June. Sources say that the ‘Merupu’ team will shoot from 1st of June till 12th of June in Chennai. Director Dharani hails from Chennai and so is Ram Charan who grew up in Chennai, so they are relatively not new to the place.

Charan’s heroine in the movie is Kajal Agarwal, who is working with him for the second time after ‘Magadheera’. Their chemistry is much talked about and hence the makers of the movie are expecting the combination to work again.

Gemini TV Offers 5.25 Crores for 'Orange' Satellite Rights - JustTollywood.com News

'Orange’ directed by Bomarillu and starring Ram Charan Tej, has got an offer of 5.25 Crores from Gemini TV, a part of the Sun Network as satellite rights. Sources say that Sun Network wants to hold its share in the Telugu market and hence is grabbing all the high profile movies. ‘Bomarillu’ Bhaskar is a sale able name after his two hits ‘Bomarillu’ and ‘Parugu’ have done great business at the box office. Satellite rights for his forthcoming movie bagging at such a hopping cost comes as no surprise to trade pundits.

Sun Network in the recent past has acquired satellite rights for most blockbusters including ‘Arundathi’ and other hits. At the moment MAA Television network is dominating in terms of acquiring the satellite rights. Producers of ‘Orange’ will be very happy when such a deal is offered.

Ram’s new film, ‘Rama Rama Krishna Krishna’ is gearing up for its release on May 10th. Meanwhile, the film is leaving for its censor board certification on 10th May, i.e on Monday.

Ram will be seen romancing Priya Anand and Bindhu Madhavi in the film. ‘Action King’ Arjun is playing a crucial role in the flick. ‘Rama Rama Krishna Krishna’ is being directed by Srivass, who had earlier directed ‘Lakshyam’ film and is being produced by Dil Raju under his ‘Sri Venkateshwara Creations’ banner. Music is being scored by M.M.Keeravani.

Orange Karnataka rights sold for 3 crores! - JustTollywood.com News

Ram Charan seems to be in high demand these days. His third film, Orange is making good business even before its release. The distribution rights of the film for Karnataka state was sold out for a whopping sum of Rs 3 crores. There is also buzz that the satellite rights of the film were sold out for 6.5 crores.

Orange is being directed by Bommarillu Bhaskar and is being produced by Nagababu under his banner Anjana Productions. Genelia is playing the female lead in the film. Ram Charan will be seen as a play boy in the film.
