'Vedam' to be remade in Hindi - JustTollywood.com News



It’s a journey from Tollywood to Kollywood to Bollywood.Telugu blockbuster ‘Vedam’, which was remade in Tamil as ‘Vaanam’ and hit the screens last week, is now all set to Remake in Hindi.And the Hindi version too will be directed by Krish Radhakrishna, who had wielded the megaphone in Telugu and Tamil. “I will make few more changes to the script to suit Bollywood,” says the filmmaker.He adds: “The script of ‘Vedam’ is universal and it can be made in any language.I am not bored at directing the same thing for the third time.

Rather I would say I have got an opportunity to take the film to a new set of audience.” Happy about the response to ‘Vaanam’, he says, “While the Telugu masses welcomed ‘Vedam’ in a silent way, Tamil audience received ‘Vaanam’ in a colourful manner. Honestly, I can’t ask for more.”The film in Telugu starred Allu Arjun, Anushka, Manchu Manoj, Manoj Bajpai, Deeksha Seth and Siya Gowtham.In Tamil the film stars Simbu, Anushka ,Srikanth Deva, Andreya et al.We are yet to see who will act in Hindi version of 'Vedam'.

Actor Prabhu to get felicitated - JustTollywood.com News



Popular actor Prabhu, son of thespian Sivaji Ganesan, will be conferred with an honorary doctorate by Sathyabama University, Chennai, Tamilnadu , for his contribution to cinema.The actor will be felicitated at the convocation ceremony of the varsity on the university campus on May 12. Prabhu has appeared in over 150 films. After his debut in the film 'Sangili' in 1982, he acted in several movies.Apart from taking the lead role, he has acted in several types of roles, including comedian and character roles.He was also acted in telugu films Chandramukhi , Darling ,Orange and Shakthi.

After being admitted twice in St Isabel hospital with in a gap of one week Superstar Rajinikanth is right now stable according to his son-in-law Dhanush and daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth.Rajini, who was admitted last night in hospital due to bronchitis allergy and high fever, is told to be responding well to the treatment though he is in ICU.Thalaivar’s fans who were gathered outside the hospital were rejoiced after a press brief from Dhanush and Aishwarya in the morning.Doctors advised the ‘Enthiran’ star to take rest for next several days.Meanwhile Dhanush did clarify that once Rajini gets well and upon the doctors advice he will participate in the shooting of Rana.

The audio launch of the most awaited film of the year Badrinath will be held on 7th May, 6.00pm at Shilpa Kala Vedika. Allu Arjun and Tamanna are playing the lead roles in this film.Most of the film’s shoot has been completed except a couple of songs and patch work.The post-production works are simultaneously under progress and the makers are planning to release the film either in the last week of May or in the first week of June. 'The Businessman' to hit floors in July - JustTollywood.com News
