Ramgopal Varma’s Telugu venture is still on the floors and the talented director has already announced the release date! RGV’s ‘Katha Screenplay Darsakathvam: Appal Raju’ will release on January 12th 2011.

Sunil, the comedy hero, plays the role of an ambitious director in this hilarious flick that has almost all leading comedians of Telugu Film Industry. Dr,Bramhanandam, Ali, Thanikella Bharani, Venu Madhav, Raghu Babu, Krishnudu, Jai Prakash Reddy, MS Narayana, Chalapathi Rao, Suman Shetty, Harshavardhan, Rajesh and others are part of this movie that is a satirical take on movie directors.

Coming to information from the sets of the movie, the first schedule of shooting took place from September 1st till the 29th. Three songs and some talkie portion were shot. The next and final schedule will commence on October 21st and will end with the shooting of the entire movie.

Swathi and Sakshi are the heroines of the movie. Koti is the music director who has been given the responsibility of composing 9 songs! Whoa that’s quite a number!

After completing ‘Brindaavanam’, Young Tiger NT Rama Rao is totally concentrating on his next project ‘Shakthi’, directed by Meher RameshAswinidutt and produced by on the banner of Vyjayanti Movies, with Ileana in the female lead. Presently the film is being shot in Bangkok. Some key scenes and action episodes are being shot there for the film which is being made with high budget.

Cameras are being used from helicopters to shoot the action scenes and the action episode choreographed there is expected to remain a highlight of the movie. It is worth mentioning here that NTR is involving personally in the action scenes without the help of a dupe which resulted in an injury sometime ago.

Dil Raju had announced the release date of ‘Brindaavanam’ as October 14, a week ahead of the release of ‘Mahesh Khaleja’. This had put the Nandamuri fans in a fix as the fans of Mahesh babu remarked that NTR is running back fearing Mahesh babu.

'Eega' gets a boost from 'Robo' - JustTollywood.com News

After watching ‘Robo’ and noticing the reaction of audiences, especially the children, director SS Rajamouli had decided to speed up the process on preparation of his forthcoming venture ‘Eega’ which he announced long ago. Yes, it is the interesting scene, where the robot goes in search of a mosquito which bit Aishwarya and wanted to catch it. Then the robot and the mosquitoes will have an interesting conversation, where a mosquito called ‘Dengue Lakshmi’ challenges the robot.

It also calls other mosquitoes by with different names. The scene made the child artistes burst into laughter, giving boost and confidence for Rajamouli that his experimental animation project would be a sure hit. This otherwise means Rajamouli would become busy with ‘Eega’ forcing to put off his next project with Prabhas, which would be a commercial project.
