It is well aware that ‘Brahmi Gadi Katha’ directed by V Eshwar Reddy and produced by Rammohan Rao on the banner of Multi-Dimension Entertainments with Varun Sandesh, Asmita and Poonam Kaur in the lead roles and Brahmanandam playing another important and full-length role is getting ready for release during this month itself.

However, two more songs are yet to be choreographed for the film and the recent Tollywood strike had turned a hitch for the completion of the balance work.The story revolves around two friends and their emotions.The film also had another upcoming comedian turned hero Krishnudu in another important role. Chakri scored music for the movie. Jayaprakash Reddy, Dr Siva Prasad, Chalapathi Rao, Ali, Nagineedu and others are in the cast.

No doubt, the present heroines are ready to expose to the maximum extent in the name of glamour.However, most of them won’t dare to play the role of a sex worker as they would feel that it would damage their image.Putting a full stop to such thoughts, popular heroine and glamour queen Anushka agreed to play the role of ‘Amalapuram Saroja’ for ‘Vedam’.The film brought critical acclaim.Now, another budding heroine followed the footsteps of Anushka.She is Bindu Madhavi.

Of course, she signed up the role for a Tamil film ‘Veppam’ wherein Nani and Nitya Menon played the lead roles.The same is now getting dubbed into Telugu as ‘Sega’.Talking about her character in that film, Bindu Madhavi of ‘Avakay Biryani’-fame in Telugu says, ‘Though I played the role of a sex worker, the director did not shoot any intimate or vulgar scenes for the film. I can proudly say that an artiste should have the guts to accept any kind of role and I signed up to prove that I am a genuine artiste, especially for a film directed by Anjana Ali Khan and produced by Gautham Menon.’

'Jwala' to release on May 7th - JustTollywood.com News

Vaibhav and Abhinaya starrer 'Jwala' will release on May 7th. This film is dubbed version of Tamil film 'Eesan' that released last year. Samudrakani, Aparna Bajpai play important roles and James Vasanthan composed tunes for the film.M Sasikumar who had directed blockbuster film 'Subramaniapuram' is the director for this flick. He also produced this film in Tamil. Now Mr K Venugopal is presenting the dubbed version of this movie in Telugu.

"It has all the commercial elements in the film. It is a socio political drama that our youth can relate to. Sasikumar has done a good job as director. The movie did farely well in Tamil and we hope it does good business in Telugu market. We are releasing it on May 7th" K Venugopal said. S R Kathir is the cinematographer for this project.

"Key" completes shooting - JustTollywood.com News

Jagapathi Babu in the lead, suspense thriller 'Key' completed its shooting. Nagendra Prasad is the director of this film and Sukumar Reddy is producing it on his Dream Theatre productions banner. This 'pyschological thriller' as the director calls it, is now busy with its post - production work. TV news anchors Swapna and Deepthi Vajpayee play key roles in the flick. Critically acclaimed cinematographer P G Vinda worked as cinematographer for this project.Vijay Kurrakula is the music director for it.

" This kind of movie has never come in Telugu cinema before. Jagapathibabu has never played such a role in his career. Due to the T'wood strike recently, there was a gap in post-production work. We however, will release the movie at the end of this month." producer Sukumar Reddy informed.Dhanunjay, Altaf, Sonia, Sampath etc all are seen in important roles in the film.

Tanish and Shobhana starrer 'Kodipunju' completed its shooting except for two songs. The film recently went to Palakollu for a continuous 32 day shoot. Roja is playing an important role with a charecter named 'Daggubati Seetaratnam' in this film.M S Narayana, Dhanraj, Shivakrishna, Bhavana, Shankarabharanam Rajeshwari etc all acted in this movie.

B V V Chowdhary is the director of the film and Anoop Rubens is the music director. S S Buchibabu is producing the film on his Sri Sailendra cinemas banner. "Except two songs the film is ready for release. We will release it at the end of this month.Roja plays the role of a mother who after confrontation accepts her son's love.
