Gopichand to play hero in 'Body Guard' - JustTollywood.com News



Some time ago there was a speculation that Nandamuri Balakrishna would play the hero in a Tamil remake of ‘Kavalan’, which was originally made in Malayalam with the title ‘Body Guard’. Bellamkonda Suresh bagged the remake rights in Telugu.The latest buzz is that the producer is considering Gopichand for the lead role played by Vijay in Tamil. Both the Tamil and Malayalam versions were directed by Siddique.The producer is of the opinion to get it made in Telugu by the same director but it is not yet finalised.

NagaChaitanya to play hero in 'Bejawada Rowdylu' - JustTollywood.com News



Ram Gopal Varma, who is known for doing something which would make him to hit the headlines, had announced that he is going to produce ‘Bejawada Rowdylu’, a film based on the rowdyism in Vijayawada. However, he did not announce who will play the lead role in the movie. Now the time had come and Varma announced that Naga Chaitanya would play the lead role in the movie, which came as a surprise to the entire Telugu film industry.

Varma says, ‘The story is yet to be finalised besides the other cast and crew. I will reveal all the details once we finalise everything.’Given the confident note of Varma, sources in the Film Nagar claim that the film would be yet another ‘Shiva’ in Varma and Chaitu’s careers.

'Wanted' gets U/A Censor - JustTollywood.com News



BVS Ravi’s debut directorial Wanted is slated for a release on 26th January. In this regard, the Censor Board officials has watched the first copy of Wanted and has certified with U/A. Reports say that Censor Board has appreciated BVS Ravi’s directorial skills and Deeksha Seth’s looks in the film.Wanted is a love cum romantic entertainer.Gopichand, who is waiting for a hit from long time, pinned many hopes on Wanted. Chakri has scored the music and the audio was recently launched. As of now, Wanted is carrying positive reports in filmnagar circles, but one has to wait to see how audience receives the film.

'Erra Gulabilu' releasing in Feb - JustTollywood.com News



Gautham Menon’s forthcoming directorial Erra Gulabilu, which was slated for a release on 26th January, is now postponed to first week of February. The postponement is due to the delay in the DTS works. Sameera Reddy, Karthik are playing the key roles in Erra Gulabilu, while Samantha is playing a cameo role.Gautham Menon is crafting the film as a suspense thriller with a backdrop of love story. Gautham has even avoided the songs in the film to maintain the suspense tempo.

Producer Ashoka Vallabhaneni promises that the movie attracts people from all walks of life. Being made under ManaDesam Movies banner, Erra Gulabilu has music by Ranganath Rave, cinematography by Manoj Paramahamsa, editing by Anthony, art by Rajeevan, and fights by Siva.

Dabangg to be remade in Telugu by Ganesh Babu - JustTollywood.com News



The biggest blockbuster of Bollywood in the year 2010, Dabangg will soon be remade in Tollywood. Dabangg was made with a budget of Rs 42 crore and earned a whopping amount of Rs 212 crores and stood as a Super Blockbuster in Bollywood. Comedian turned producer Ganesh Babu has acquired the remake rights of Dabangg in the Telugu version.

However, the details of the cast and crew of the film are not yet finalized but Ganesh Babu released a note that he has bagged the film’s rights for Tollywood which will be made under Parameswara Arts banner. Currently Ganesh is busy with a production venture with Pawan Kalyan and Trisha under Jayant.C.Paranji’s direction, which is also the remake of Bollywood film Love Aaj Kal.

Ravi Teja has ventured into distribution. Well not intentionally but he didn’t have other choice. If we go into details..Ravi Teja took the distribution rights of his new release, Mirapakai, for Nizam area. Until Mirapakai, he never took the distribution rights. In the case of this film, the producer Puppala Ramesh could not adjust the star’s remuneration in time, so Ravi Teja took the Nizam area for remuneration and is distributing the film through Allu Aravind’s Geeta Arts.The film was released on January 13th and is doing good business. But it remains to be seen whether he can recover the money from Nizam area, where the movie is just getting okay collections.

Trivikram to direct Pawan again - JustTollywood.com News



Trivikram Srinivas had directed Power Star Pawan Kalyan some time ago for ‘Jalsa’. The film was a massive hit during those days. Especially, the punch in dialogues of the film like ‘Bhayam Tannula Lekkana Ruchi Choopista…’ and action scenes in the film enthralled the audiences in general and Mega fans in particular.During the audio release function of the film, the director Trivikram Srinivas expressed his wish to do one more film with Pawan Kalyan. Now the stage is set for a film in the combination of Trivikram and Power Star.

It is learnt that the writer-cum-director Trivikram penned a story keeping in mind the image and body language of Pawan Kalyan and narrated it to him. The latter reportedly gave his nod for the movie. Presently Pawan Kalyan is busy with two films, ‘Lovely’ with Jayant C Paranji and another film under the direction of Singeetham Srinivasa Rao.The film in this crazy combination would go to sets once Pawan Kalyan turns free.

That is a good deal. Ace director V V Vinayak looks to have started a special ‘Family Package’ in his Directorial menu. From last six months till next year,Vinayak is offering the dedicated service only and only to Mega compound heroes. Very soon after the completion of ‘Adhurs,’ Vinayak became busy with ‘Badrinath’ which is getting ready for release in next two months.In continuation to Allu Arjun’s ‘Badrinath,’ this action loving director will work on 150th film of Chiranjeevi, if strong media sources are to be believed.

As already said, Pawan Kalyan is also eager to work with Vinayak and storyline for the same is already done which could go on the sets by early next year.So, it is alone Ramcharan left in the Mega Heroes to be directed by Vinayak and if Fans put on the pressure to do this in latter part of next year, this one could also be a feasible project. Of course fate of these three movies will decide where Vinayak will land by mid of next year.

E V V Sathyanarayana, a brand for comedy is no more.He died due to throat cancer,and died at Apollo hospital,Jubli hills,Hyderabad last night.He is suffering from few years.He is from Westgodavari, Kovvuru mandal and Dommeru village born to Venkat Rao and Ratnam in June 10,1958.He has two sonsAryan Rajesh and Naresh(Allari).He started his career in Chennai.His first film is 'Chevilo Puvvu' 1990 with Rajendra Prasad and got average talk at Box-office. Later he got Success with 'Prema Khaidi', produced by Legendary Ramanaidu.

He worked with almost all heroes of Telugu industry and acted in a film,Kamal Haasan's 'Indhrudu Chandrudu' as police officer. In 2004 he directed 'Suryavamsham' and got a big hit.Later the same film is done in Hindi with 'Amitabh Bachan'.He always follows his master Jhandhyala, and made comedy movies Aha Naa pellanta,Jambalakadi Pamba,Appula Apparao which will never forgettable by telugu audience.He also made sentimental film's Aame and Thali.He also directed message oriented movies Maavidakulu,Neeti Gandhi,Maa Nannaki Pelli.


His last movie is Kathi Kantha Rao and Evvadi Gola Vadide -2 is in filming.
