Prabhas confident on 'Rebel' story - JustTollywood.com News
While enjoying the success of 'Kanchana', Raghava Lawrence is working with renewed vigour for 'Rebel' featuring Prabhas in the lead role. The shooting of the film is presently busy in Malaysia and some comedy scenes involving Prabhas and Brahmanandam besides some actions scenes under the choreography of Ram-Laxman are being shot there.
Anushka is pairing up with Prabhas once again after 'Billa' and it is learnt that she had resorted to heavy skin show for the movie. Prabhas is very confident on the story and the taking of the film and he kept high hopes on the film and is believing that the film would be a bigger hit like 'Chatrapati' in his career.The film is being produced by J Bhagawan and J Pulla Rao on the banner of Balaji Cine Media. The producers are making efforts to release the film in December. Lawerence is also believing that December sentiment would work out well for him as his debut directorial 'Mass' had hit the screens in the same month.

Venkatesh is presently doing the remake of a Malayalam film 'Bodyguard' and the Telugu version is being directed by Malineni Gopichand and produced by Bellamkonda Suresh on the banner of Sri Sai Ganesh Productions. Trisha is in the female lead and Saloni is also playing the second heroine. The shooting is in brisk progress. While taking a look at Venkatesh's diary, one would surprise on the projects on hand for him now. He is likely to play hero in Dasarath's direction. He had also agreed to do a project with VN Aditya. After that he had agreed to pair up with Maheshbabu in Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu under the direction of Srikant Addala and produced by Dil Raju.In addition to this, he was supposed to do a film with the life history of Swamy Vivekananda.

Popular Tamil director Bhupati Pandyam prepared a nice subject and narrated it to versatile artiste Vikram. He expressed his wish that he wanted to bring out the film both in Tamil and Telugu languages. Though the subject is quite interesting, Vikram reportedly expressed his inability to do the film as his diary was busy for the next one year. Later, Bhupati Pandian met Gopichand. Soon after learning that Vikram was impressed with the subject, he agreed to listen to the storyline and gave his green signal immediately. The director is considering Tamanna for the female lead and discussions were on with the heroine and she is yet to give official confirmation.
The film is touted to be a good action entertainer. However, we have to wait and watch who would produce the film and when the film would go to hit the floors. Meanwhile, Gopichand starrer 'Mogudu' directed by Krishnavamsi and produced by Nallamalupu Srinivas (Bujji) on the banner of Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Productions with Shradha Das in the female lead is progressing well in Hyderabad. Currently some important scenes are being shot on the heroine. The film is slated for release next month.

Sumanth's latest film 'Daggaragaa Doorangaa' directed by Ravi Chavali and produced by J Sambasiva Rao on the banner of Sudha Cinema is getting ready for release very soon. Sumanth had kept high hopes on the film. The audio of the film was released into the market recently and is getting a positive response.The producers are making efforts to complete the censor formalities very soon and after the censor certification, they would announce the release date.
However, it is learnt that the producer are planning to release the film on August 26.Sindhu Tulani is also playing an important role in the movie, while Vedika is playing the female lead in this romantic thriller. Raghu Kunche is scoring music for the film and Surender Reddy is the cinematographer. Brahmanandam, Nazar, Krishna Bhagawan, Raghubabu, Duvvasi Mohan, Satyam Rajesh Kondavalasa Lakshmana Rao, Pragati and others are in the cast.

It was narrated by Santosh Srinivas, a wannabe director, and he soon gave the nod. Rest is history. Today, in retrospect, Ram is happy that he did Kandireega and even states with a sense of narcissism that his prediction that his film was going to be a commercial success across the state has come true. The actor says that for an actor like him, taking a long gap (after RRKK) could have been suicidal but Kandireega's success has almost, if any, meant to him that the wait was worth it. Currently basking in the glory of the latest success, Ram is on a loud nine.

Speaking at the audio release of Bapu's film, the actor proudly said that he had long cherished the dream to act alongside Balakrishna. He had always felt that he was the one superstar in the industry with whom he hadn't acted with. Srikanth said that since he had acted with Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna and Venkatesh in the past, he did not get an opportunity to act with Balakrishna. However, the dream has been fulfilled by Sri Rama Rajyam. He was all praise for Balakrishna at the audio launch. He plays the role of Lakshmana in the movie. After Radhagopalam, this is the second time that Srikanth has worked with the celebrated veteran director, Bapu.

Akkineni Nageshwara Rao lavished praises on Nandamuri Balakrishna. The senior most acting legend shares screen space with Balayya in the up-and-coming Sri Rama Rajyam. Speaking at the audio launch of the film held at a grand affair at Bhadrachalam, ANR said that the name Ramakrishna suits the Nandamuri scion. He wondered if he was named Balakrishna because another brother born before him had already been named so. In the film, ANR plays Valmiki, the poet and author of Ramayana on which the film is based. ANR also wished the producer all the success.In his speech, the producer Yalamanchi Sai Babu averred that he had wanted to suggest Nayanatara's name for the role of Sita and was happy when her name was suggested by the director and hero too.

In a great sense, Parachuri Venkateswara Rao echoes the feelings of millions of Telugu movie-goers when he says that the dialogues in today's films are lacking that edge which the dialogues from earlier films had. In an interview to a popular vernacular daily, the celebrated writer, who was felicitated recently on the completion of 333 films in partnership with his brother, said that all that we are listening these days is "multiplex dialogues." He criticised the lack of understanding among today's writers. Gopalakrishna chipped in with his views too. Many one-liners penned by them in the past became such hits because they possessed power though they were simple to listen.
