Varudu's shooting completes - JustTollywood.com News

No sooner than Arya2 and Vedam are ready for release in a gap of 45 days, than Allu Arjun's other important film Varudu has completed the entire shoot barring a song and an action sequence, apart from post-production works. The film is directed by Guna Sekhar and is being made on a huge budget. Not just that, it was exclusively shot in the backwaters of Allapuzza in Kerala for many days.
Though Arjun did not have a single film after last year's Parugu which did was not declared a hit, he has three films in almost quick succession releasing. More important, they do not belong to the same genre. While one is a romantic film, the second one is a drama and the third one an action-driven film.
Varudu has all along been shot without much fanfare. The fact that Tamil star Arya is doing a character with negative shades makes us wonder if it will be released in Tamil Nadu too.
Produced by DVV Danaiah, Suhasini has a significant role in the film. It is not known when the film will actually release. There is no news as yet that it will be for Sankranthi.

K. Vishwanath's cream of the crop Shankarabaranam was screened at the 40th International Film Festival of India being held in Goa, amid much applause from the audience, which included well-versed film critics, filmmakers and a host of intellectuals from a cross-section of the society.
