Stage set for Nag's third - JustTollywood.com News



Nag Chaitanya is awaiting the release of his second film Yemaya Chesave, keeping his fingers crossed. Meanwhile, the stage is set for the launch of his third film under the direction of newcomer Ajay Bhuyan, who was associated with Suresh Productions and Venkatesh in the past.
Kamakshi Kala Movies, the banner which has produced Nagarjuna's Kedi, is producing the movie. D Siva Prasad Reddy's 25th year in the industry is market by these two releases, one of which has already been released, while the second one will go on the sets in March.
The director is currently touring the US to select the locations. The regular schedule will begin in the month of April.In a press release, Mr. Reddy said, "We are happy to announce a film with Nag Chaitanya in our silver jubilee year. We are introducing Ajay Bhuyan as the director with this one."
Cinematography is by VS Gnanasekhar. The rest of the star cast and technical crew are yet to be announced. The film will boast of high technical values.

'Police Police' on March 19 - JustTollywood.com News



Sriram and Prithvi Raj as cops with different perspectives, ‘Police Police’ is being made in Tamil and Telugu and is directed by debutant Manmohan. It is produced by Chandu on the banner Pinnacle Pictures. The film is set to release on March 19.
Natti Kumar is releasing the film world-wide. Kamilini Mukherjee comes in a glamorous and bubbly role as one of the heroines and Sanjana plays another heroine. Made with an inspiration from real life incidents, the story explores the pros and cons within the police department.
The film has Brahmaji, Dandapani, Vikram, Ahuthi Prasad and Prasad Babu playing other important roles. Music is by Sai Karthik and Vishwa. Camera work is by Bharani S Dharani. Editing is by Srikar Prasad. Manmohan has written the story and screenplay, too.

'Aakasa Ramanna' in March first week - JustTollywood.com News



Allari Naresh's film Akasaramanna has a large contingent of cast. Shivaji, Rajiv Kanakala, Meera Jasmine, Gowri Pandit, Naga Babu, Venu Madhav, Rao Ramesh, Raghu Babu, MS Narayana and others are part of this film.The bankable actor's film is all set to release in the first week of March. Naresh is said to be quite positive about the film that has comedy, suspense in good amounts, apart from a thriller quotient.
The film is directed by Ashok and produced by Manyam Ramesh. It has lyrics by Ananth Sriram and music by Chakri. Sekhar has written the dialogue. The film is currently under post-production activities.
By the end of the month, it will undertake censor formalities. Hope this movie will give another success to Naresh’s career and this one happens to be a multi-starrer of sorts with Sivaji and Rajiv Kanakala also in it.

Varun sings Ramanaidu's film - JustTollywood.com News



After Dil Raju, it is now a film under D Rama Naidu for youngster Varun Sandesh. Even as his film Maro Charitra is awaited by the youth, the buzz is out that he has just signed on the dotted line for a film to be produced by the prestigious Suresh Productions.The young actor will, this time, be directed by Eswar Reddy of Mee Sreyobilashi and Manorama fame. Mr. Reddy is learnt to be giving final touches to the script. It is not known as to when the film will go on the floors.
It is known that, these days, Suresh Productions is making low-profile films like Bendu Apparao, much to the surprise of every one. After probably a long time, they are coming up with a movie starring a glamorous young actor.It is not known what genre the film belongs too. Details of the other star cast and crew are yet to be announced.
In 2010, it seems that Varun is going to have a great time, after a bad 2009, which gave him the not-so-successful 'Kotha Bangaru Lokam' and the flop 'Evaraina Epudaina'.

'Title song' does not belong to Puli - JustTollywood.com News



To those eager music listeners and die-hard Pawan fans, here is a shocking news. The so-called title track that you have all downloaded by thousands from the Net, believing that is an AR Rahman number from Puli, does not belong to the much-awaited movie at all.
To those new to the thing, there claimed a song back in April, 2009 which said that it is the title song of Pawan's Puli. It became instantly popular, probably because the song sounded a crazy rap and was excellent when listened on high-decibel.
Months later, the bad news is that it is actually a Russian rap that has been erroneously accorded to the credit of Pawan's film. A wikipedia post says that "the song actually does not have anything to do with the movie and that, its a Russian rap song which was mistakenly thought of as part of the movie." This is that. This also explains why none of us understood the lyrics.

Naresh getting into the skin: Vishwanath - JustTollywood.com News




Saying that Allari Naresh is getting into the skin of the character he is playing in his forthcoming film, K Vishwanath said that the shooting of the movie is progressing at a brisk pace in Guntur.
Recently, the film was shooting in Annavaram, where, the Kalatapasvi said, they shot three songs and some crucial sequences. The film marks the return of actor Sharat Babu on the big screen. The director also said that the film has a lot of classical music in it, which is its integral part.
The film is produced by Hari Gopala Krishna Murthy and Neela Tilak under the banner Sri Rajeshwari Films Pvt. Ltd. The producers said that they had also produced the award-winning Swarabhishekam with the blessings of Kausalendra Rao.
Dharmavarapu, Ashok Kumar, Rallapalli, Geethanjali, Jayalakshmi and others are the other important cast. Dialogue are by MVS Haranatha Rao, while Sirivennela, Anantha Sriram and Rambatla are writing the lyrics.Mani Sharma is the music director.

What the maker of Maro Charitra is saying... - JustTollywood.com News



As cinematographer-turned-director Ravi Yadav is coming with a renewed version of K Balachandar's masterpiece Maro Charitra, all eyes are set on the film. Starring Varun Sandesh, Anitha and Shraddha Das, the film is produced by Dil Raju.
Speaking to the media, Mr. Raju opined that Maro Charitra, the original, is a kind of film that doesn't bore a lover - whatever be his mental outlook and state in love. Saying that there is something opiating and magical about the thing called 'love,' he said that the new remake has been made in such a way that it gives a good experience to the new generation cinegoer.
Also starring Kota Srinivasa Rao, Pratap Pothan, Janaki and others, the film is jointly produced by Dil Raju, Sirish and Lakshman under Matinee Entertainments.The film is all expected to hit in the first week of March. Keep waiting for it!

MAA, Rosaiah mourn Padmanabham's death - JustTollywood.com News



Chief Minister K Rosaiah mourned the death of actor Padmanabham, saying that the industry has lost "a best comedian" in his demise. He said that the death of the comedian, who belonged to the first generation Telugu cinema was sad.
"In the death of Padmanabham, the Telugu industry has lost an outstanding comedian of the first generation." He also offered his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family of the veteran.Rosaiah also said that Padmanabham had doled out excellent comedy for six decades, besides making some films as a director and producer.
Movie Artistes Association too mourned his death. Its representatives like Murali Mohan, Kota Srinivasa Rao and Sivaji said that the loss was great for the industry.They offered their condolences to the family.
