Ban on online movie ticketing in AP? - JustTollywood.com News

BookMyShow, a movie ticketing portal has banned its online ticket bookings in the state of Andhra Pradesh.Though the reason has been not disclosed by their officials, it is said that AP Government authorities has forced them for a ban.It is said that, due to statutory reasons, the government of AP has made it mandatory to stop all the online ticketing in the state.The further notice on this is awaited.While rest of the services like travel etc will be carried out, the ban is specifically on Cinema ticket bookings.The other official online movie ticketing sites PVR, Fame, Big Cinemas et al, which are mostly managed by BookMyShow and Big Tree Entertainment has halted their online bookings.Unlike these, Kyazoonga is still allowing the bookings.

Yes our very own Super Star Rajinikanth who is admitted in hospital to fever and allergic bronchitis at Isabel Hospital in Chennai is going to be discharged in a day or two.There is also a buzz in the tinsel town that Rajini is flying to US for a holiday and for treatment.Meanwhile today, Rajinikanth was given permission to go out for performing some Pooja and also for meditation. He went to Kalikambal temple and performed special pooja and also visited Pamban Swamigal Ashram fro meditation.Noted political columnist and Tamil Nadu specialist R Rajagopalan has tweeted- "Rajinikanth may leave for US for treatment. Permissions and travel documents are being readied.Rajini seeks Delhi assistance". Rajini sir was given permission to go out for performing pooja and meditation. He is back in the hospital and his health is normal and is taking rest” said a spokesperson of Isabel hospital.

Allu Arjun who enjoys a huge fan base in Telugu and Malayalam film industries, is now eyeing on Kollywood market too.The Stylish Star’s most awaited film Badrinath is releasing simultaneously in Tamil and Malayalam along with the Telugu version in the first week of June.Director V V Vinayak and producer Allu Aravind are not taking the dubbing version easy and are planning to release it extensively in kollywood.The Geetha Arts production house has tied up with Red Giant movies to release Badrinath in Tamilnadu and to add the Tamil flavor to the film, Vinayak has recently shot few scenes on Allu Arjun and well known kollywood comedian Santhanam.A separate comedy track has been shot on the actors in Chennai.

Prince Mahesh Babu and maverick film maker Maniratnam's 'dream project' has been shelved.The film was supposed to star Vikram, Anushka , Vijay, Arya and even Bollywood beauty Priyanka Chopra.However since Maniratnam felt that the budget of about Rs 200 crore was too high for this script, he is believed to have told the actors that he wouldn't need their dates for this film.

Mahesh Babu was very excited about this project.He infact posted online that 'his dream has come true and that he will be doing a film with Mani sir'.Rumours were rife that Yuvan Shankar Raja would be the music director and Sun Pictures would produce this ambitious project in which Vikram was to play a Chola king and Mahesh a Pallava King.Mahesh is currently doing a film with Srinu Vaitla.Post that he will give his dates to R R Movie Makers for 'The Businessman'.
