'Provogue', one of India’s leading fashion brands has signed Mahesh Babu as its brand ambassador in Andhra Pradesh. Mahesh Babu, the handsome of actors, hasn’t had a single release in the past three years. Though he’s working on director-writer Trivikram Srinivas’s ‘Kaleja’, Mahesh has not been out of sight. He’s been seen in television commercials for popular brands like Navratna Oil, UniverCell, Thums Up, etc.

Now with a leading clothing brand like ‘Provogue’, it is understood and obvious that the stylish Mahesh Babu will look even more handsome and stylish! Well the news is not over; Provogue’s opening its store in Vijayawada on August 14th and Mahesh Babu will inaugurate the store!

According to a source, ‘Provogue’ had surveyed in Andhra Pradesh as which actor had a big brand value among a few heroes and youth icons including Mahesh Babu. As it would be, Mahesh Babu had got the majority and was chosen the brand ambassador! Mahesh will join Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan in the brand ambassadors list of Provogue. Fardeen Khan and Saif Ali Khan were Provogue’s brand ambassadors earlier.

After 'Mahatma', Srikanth now 'Godse' - JustTollywood.com News

In happening news that’s creating waves across film circles, Srikanth’s next movie could possibly be titled ‘Godse’. Srikanth’s landmark 100th movie directed by Krishna Vamsi and produced by Golden Lion Films was named ‘Mahatma’ and now he’s preparing to work with the same banner for a new movie that is tentatively titled ‘Godse’.

'Don Seenu' Audio Launch on July 22nd - JustTollywood.com News

The audio of RR Movie Makers’ ‘Don Seenu’ will be released on July 22nd 2010. Starring Crazy Star of Telugu cinema, Ravi Teja and the beautiful Shriya, ‘Don Seenu’ is a typical Ravi Teja movie that has commercial entertaining elements, directed by Gopichand Malineni.

‘Don Seenu’ is a high budget movie, talking about the audio launch, producer Venkat said that Aditya Music is launching the ‘Don Seenu’ album at Taj Deccan, Hyderbad on July 22nd. He went on to add that the movie will release on August 1st week. The producer hoped that ‘Don Seenu’ will be a hit as big as their previous project, ‘Kick’.

The presenter of the movie, K. Atchi Reddy, speaking on the occasion, said that a grand set was erected at Ramoji Film City, for a dance of a song with 30 dancers and the lead pair, Ravi Teja and Shriya. The song is choreographed by sensational dance master Prem Rakshith. Atchi Reddy went on to add that the movie has shaped well. Co Producer V Suresh Reddy told the press that the climax of the movie will be shot from July 19th till July 25th and with this the movie will be completed. Suresh Reddy hoped that ‘Don Seenu’ will be a big hit for their banner, the director and hero Ravi Teja. Suresh Reddy appreciated producer Venkat for spending lavishly on the movie.

‘Don Seenu’ stars ‘Real Star’ Sri Hari in an important role along with character artists Siyaji Shinde, Nasser, Bramhaji, etc and comedians Bramhanandam, Ali, Krishna Bagwan, Sunil, Raghu Babu and others. Mani Sharma is composing the music for this movie while Sameer Reddy is the cinematographer.

'Shakthi' shoots hard at Ladakh - JustTollywood.com News

The ‘Shakthi’ team is busy working in North India. Ever since their second schedule started a week back, the team has been working hard in spine chilling conditions in beautiful locations in Ladakh. Appreciating the beauty of Ladakh, young tiger Junior NTR said that he along with his unit members had a hectic schedule in Ladakh and surrounding places. The entire unit found it difficult as the oxygen levels in Ladakh were ‘very’ low. In spite of this tough condition, NTR advises Telugu audiences to visit Ladakh at least once in their lifetime.

Presently in New Delhi, the ‘Shakthi’ unit will leave to another picturesque location – Manali. The unit will shoot there for 10 days before leaving to the holy town of Haridwar.

Film World protests over land - JustTollywood.com News

Telugu film fraternity requested the Andhra Pradesh Government to allocate land that was meant for them. But the Government seems to have allocated it to a private company that had started its land development process today and in a bid to prevent the process, the Film fraternity protested by stopping the activities there.

At a land allocated to the Telugu film industry in Film Nagar, Hyderabad, Movie Artists Association President Murali Mohan along with other prominent film personalities protested in stopping the private company to continue its development activities. Being the senior actor Murali Mohan stressed that the land was meant only for Telugu Film and TV industry.

Murali Mohan, steadfast in his protest, stated that the film industry will unite to fight against the land and will even go to the extent of fasting. The film fraternity seems to be hell-bent on claiming the land that was meant for their use.

Dil Raju, the lucky producer of Tollywood has come out with a novel way to promote his latest movie starring Yuva Samrat Nagarjuna. Dil Raju has called for a naming contest for Nag’s latest bilingual movie that is directed by ‘Aksasamantha’ director Radha Mohan. May be the producers are unable to decide a title by themselves, they have asked the audience to decide the title! Currently the names that are put forth by the makers of the movie are ‘Gaganam’, ‘Wanted’ and ‘Payanam’, (that has already been decided as the title for Tamil version).

Learning and practicing martial arts in Vietnam, Allu Arjun must be in high spirits to work in his home production ‘Badrinath’ directed by commercially rich director VV Vinayak. Sources say that the movie will start shooting on July 26th.

Manoj, the rock star in Krish’s ‘Vedam’, may not be part of the Tamil version titled as ‘Vaanam’. Manoj while performing a dangerous stunt without a body double in his latest Telugu movie, ‘Jhummandhi Naadham’, Manoj had injured himself. Sadly both his shoulders have been injured and require an operation. He has been advised rest by his doctor and according to Manoj’s tweet, the duration of the rest could be four months, thereby forcing him to avoid ‘Vaanam’ in which Allu Arjun’s role is replaced by young superstar of Tamil cinema, Simbu.

Manoj, though a Telugu actor, has grown up in Chennai. Simbu and he are friends for a long time. Both the stars would have been excited to work in the same movie but fate has it otherwise. The ‘Vaanam’ team headed by director Krish would be on the look out for a celebrated star to fit the crucial ‘rock star’ role.
