Telugu film producers council and film chamber has decided to stop shooting on Thursday (December 9) following a fight between the film 'fight' artistes of Telugu film industry and a fight artistes from Chennai on the sets of Ram starrer 'Kandireega' Sources say, the fight began when a few locall fight artistes barged into the sets of Kandireega being shot in the city outskirts on Thursday and beat up fight artistes from Chennai accusing them of taking away their work in Tollywood.
Following the murky fight and fisticuffs between fight artistes, the shooting got cancelled.
Local fight artistes lodged a complaint with the AP Film Chamber of commerce decided to cancel all Telugu film shootings on Thursday Confirming the fight, actor Ram who is the hero of 'Kandireega' tweeted on twitter,"Oh God!jus came back home after the shoot got cancelled temporarily coz of some union problems with the fighters association..donno where these people came from but some 50 fighters came on sets and fought with some of the fighters workin for our film..Sad how there's no proper understanding between the unions!hope things get resolved soon n we get to shoot from the evening!
