The condition of veteran producer K Devi Vara Prasad who has been suffering from respiratory diseases since the past few months is said to be critical.Prasad has been undergoing treatment at KIMS hospital in Secunderabad for the past few days.He has produced movies like 'Kondaveeti Raja', 'Manchi Donga', 'Gharana Mogudu', ' Alluda Mazaaka', ' Mrugaraju' through his Devi Films banner.A few film personalities from Tollywood visited him in the hospital on Thursday.
