Senior film correspondent Pulagam Chinnarayana's tribute to music composers 'Swarnayuga Sangeeta Darshakulu' was launched at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan auditorium in Kingkoti on Sunday.This book features several legendry music composers of Telugu cinema industry and their contribution to music.Singers S Janaki and S P Balasubramaniam, Madavapeddhi Suresh, Chimata Srinivasa Rao, writer C Narayanareddy, actor Tanikella Bharani, dancer Shobha Naidu, music director K M Radhakrishnan, director Vamsi, singer Rao Balasaraswati, et al attended the book launch. They appreciated Pulagam for the committment he has towards compiling information to write a book and his quest for research. His father Pulagam Gandhi too was present at the occasion.Suresh Kondeti bought the first copy of the book for Rs 5,116. Photographer Parvataneni Rambabu bought the second copy and Sakshi photographer Shiva Ramakrishna bought the next one.Mitra, Vijayalakshmi, Shasikala, Sharada and Srikrishna sang musical hits of 1960's and 70's at the book launch ceremony that enthralled the audience.
