Telugu film fraternity requested the Andhra Pradesh Government to allocate land that was meant for them. But the Government seems to have allocated it to a private company that had started its land development process today and in a bid to prevent the process, the Film fraternity protested by stopping the activities there.
At a land allocated to the Telugu film industry in Film Nagar, Hyderabad, Movie Artists Association President Murali Mohan along with other prominent film personalities protested in stopping the private company to continue its development activities. Being the senior actor Murali Mohan stressed that the land was meant only for Telugu Film and TV industry.
Murali Mohan, steadfast in his protest, stated that the film industry will unite to fight against the land and will even go to the extent of fasting. The film fraternity seems to be hell-bent on claiming the land that was meant for their use.
