Hansika believes that for a great body, it’s important to match the right exercises with the right diet. Hansika Motwani has a ‘fitness streak’ that drives her to hit the gym everyday. “I’m very strict about my regime. I hit the treadmills thrice a week and do weights the other three days. I take a break only on Sundays,” she says. “My diet is strictly vegetarian with lots of green veggies and fruits. A great body is a mix of proper workouts and diet,” she says. Actors, models, designers, college kids or P3Ps — almost all Hyderabad is are busy watching their waistline and mapping the route to a healthier life.
