S P Balasubramanyam has been one of the pillars of our music industry. He has been an icon whose has sung thousands of songs across different languages. Some of his songs have been classics and his voice is still unmatchable. Meanwhile the man who first spotted the talent in SPB and brought him to the industry was S Kodhandapani. According to SPB, it was him who recognized SPB’s talent and predicted that he will rule the industry. Speaking about him, SPB said that he addresses Kodhandapani as “Annayya”. We thank “Annayya” for gifting the industry with one of legends who still has a lot left in him.
