Legendry singer S P Balasubramaniam will be felicitated on June 5th at Shilpakalavedika in Hyderabad. South Superstar Kamal Haasan and music maestro Ilayaraja will be present to felicitate Balu. Sydney based NRI Koduri Ramamurthy is organising the felicitation on behalf of fine arts and cultural themes association of Australia. Mr Koduri arranged a press conference in the city to announce the details of felicitation ceremony. Tanikella Bharani,Saikumar, Madhavapeddi Suresh etc all participated in the press conference.
Koduri said that he decided to felicitate Balu on eve of him being conferred 'Padmabhushan' award by the Government of India recently. "We have invited popular film personalities for this function. SPB is Telugu legend and it is our responsibility to honour him on this occassion.We are also launching the CD with lyrics penned by me 'Sabhash Raa Shankara..' at the same venue on June 5th." actor Tanikella Bharani said.
