Anushka whose career is now immune to hits and flops is a name to reckon with in South Indian cinema. 'Arundhati' in Telugu and 'Singam' in Tamil with Surya changed her image completely and pushed her to big league of actresses.Now we hear she has signed Maniratnam's next film which stars Mahesh Babu and Vikram. Mahesh has already agreed to do that project as we all know and Anushka is likely to pair with him in this flick.This movie is based on a Tamil novel which deals with the story from the era of Cholas. Vijay and Arya too are most probably going to act in this film. Yuvan Shankar Raja is the music director for this project that will be made both in Tamil and Telugu.Currently Anushka is busy shooting for two films in Telugu and we hear once she is done with them, she will start working with Mani Ratnam in this movie.
