Mullapudi Venkata Ramana passed away - JustTollywood.com News



The legendary writer Mullapudi Venkata Ramana is more. He breathed his last today at the age of 79. Bapu and Ramana are known to be the most favorite duo for many readers as well as classic film lovers. While Ramana writes Bapu used to direct and illustrate. Now Bapu needs to sail without Ramana for rest of his life.Starting his career as writer with the film ‘Rakta Sambandham’ in 1962, Mullapudi Venkata Ramana wrote for many films like Moogamansulu,Sampoorna Ramayanam,Andaala Ramudu,Mutyala Muggu, Bhakta Kannappa, Pelli Pusthakam, Mr Pellam, Sreenatha Kavi Sarvabhouma,Rambhantu, Radha Gopalam and presently working on Sri Rama Rajyam.His son Mullapudi Vara is also writer cum director, who directed films like ‘Naa Alludu’ and ‘Visakha Express’ and writer for the film Maryada Ramanna.
