It is well aware that Vimala Raman shared the screen with Jagapatibabu in ‘Gayam-2’ and the chemistry between them gelled well. Keeping this in view, director PA Arun Prasad who is directing ‘Chattam’ (Nee Abba Sotta) with Jagapatibabu had roped in the same heroine.Nattikumar and Tummalapalli Rama Satyanarayana are jointly producing the movie on the banner of Visakha Talkies.
The shooting of the film is presently in progress in and around Hyderabad and the director is canning some action scenes.Director says, ‘A law is meant to ensure peace in the society. There are some people who always create troubles to disrupt the law and order in the society. ‘Chattam’ is the story of an ordinary citizen, who comes out in open to teach a lesson to such people.’Asish Vidyarthi, Pradeep Rawat, Murali Sharma, Sayaji Shinde, Jeeva, Rao Ramesh, Brahmanandam and others are in the cast. MM Srilekha is scoring music for the movie.
