Prasthanam starring Sharwanand, Saikumar, Sandeep Kishan Ruby Parihar in the male leads is all set to hit the big screens on 16th April. The film-makers organized a press meet at producer Ravi Vallabhaneni’s office.
On the event, Deva Katta, the director of the film said, “I directed ‘Vennela’ in the past and now I am directing ‘Prasthanam’. It’s since 3 months the audio got released but we took enough time to bring out the best quality film. Therefore I believe that the film will become a big hit. The title of this film will remind one of Sri Sri’s ‘Maha Prasthanam’, thus making them think as a political film. This film does not speak about one aspect but it speaks about different aspects. Hero Sharwanand said, “It took almost 2 years to complete the script work. The film got delayed only due to various technical problems. But we are happy that it turned out to be a quality film.”“My first film was ‘Sneha Geetham’ and this is the 2nd film. The entire film revolves around the characters. Director Deva Katta thought me to live in character”, said Sandeep.
