'Maryada Ramanna' kicks off - JustTollywood.com News



Sunil's actual journey as a male lead in a big ticket project has finally gone on the floors. The SS Rajamouli-directed film, Maryada Ramanna, in which the ace comedian is playing the lead, has kicked off in Hyderabad's Gandipet. Equipped with a bound script, Rajamouli has hit the floor.
Though details of who the female lead is going to be have not been divulged yet, the film has Brahmanandam and Nagineedu playing significant roles. The film is set in Rayalaseema, where Sunil could either be hailing from a factionist background himself or otherwise.
Maryada Ramanna has succeeded to raise good amount of curiosity. For this venture, Sunil has shed some pounds and has pinned great hopes on it. Rajamouli's friend SS Kanchi's story is expected to be on surprising lines.
Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is the editor, while music is by, as expected, MM Keeravani. Expected to be a Summer release, the film is jointly produced by Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni under the banner of Arka Media Works.A specially-erected set at Gandipet is the place where the shooting is proceeding. Comedy is one of the key ingredients of the movie.
