Puri wants to remake Amma Nanna O Tamil Ammayi in Hindi - JustTollywood.com News

Puri Jagannadh who is happy with the response that his latest Hindi film Bbuddah has been receiving, is now planning to remake his Tollywood hit Amma Nanna O Tamil Ammayi in Hindi. Puri didn’t give any details about this film, but told that he is in plans to remake it ASAP. There are rumors that he would do The Businessman film in Hindi with Abhishek Bachchan in the lead. This film will be Puri’s immediate one in Telugu with Mahesh Babu as the protagonist.Puri also took a promise from Chiranjeevi to direct his 150th film. He is now aiming to be busy in Telugu and Hindi alike. Earlier Puri remade Badri in Hindi but didn’t make any mark like he did with Buddah.

Tall beauty Anushka has signed yet another heroine oriented movie after tasting success with Arundhathi and Failure with Panchakshari,Chaitanya Dantuluri of Baanam movie fame is going to direct the movie produced by Konda Krishnam Raju and the script work is done by J K Bharavi.

The producer Konda Krishna Raju said in the press meet that the movie is based on the Life of a woman in the late 1930's during the British Rule. The movie is being made in Telugu,Malayalam,Tamil simultaneously and major part of the shoot is said to be done in Coorg.

Kajal is making her comeback in Bollywood with this film.was earlier approached by director Rohith Shetty but she rejected as she was not interested in Bollywood at that time. Rohith who also saw Magadheera liked Kajal and contacted her for the heroine’s role in Singham.

Kajal grabbed the opportunity with both hands. Kajal says that Anushka has done a terrific job in the original and it was a big task for her to repeat her feat. Although the role is just a glamorous one in the original, she says that the director has given it a new dimension in Hindi.
