Police Banish Film Posters - JustTollywood.com News

The Vijayanagaram Police have filed cases against the film exhibitors in that region for displaying obscene posters of movies. The Police have filed cases against exhibitors of ‘Jhummandhi Nadham and Vandemataram Srinivas’ debut directorial venture ‘Badmash’. Apparently the posters were obscene and vulgar in presentation. A kiss scene of the former and a young boy urinating in the latter were found to be obscene.

Ironically ‘Jhummandhi Nadham’ completes its 50 days and the posters have been on walls after release. The posters are supposed to be designed and printed by producers. These printed posters have to be certified by censor authorities before being displayed. One still wonders why the exhibitors are brought in to the picture.

'I would never give up my forte for special songs': Shriya - JustTollywood.com News

Silm and beautiful actress Shriya who left the tollywood industry quite for some years is back with latest film ‘Don Seenu’ and wooed the audiences again with her glamour and performance. The actress expresses her interest in doing special songs and wishes to continue the trend. While speaking to the media Shriya said, “I am happy to be meeting the Telugu audiences with Don Seenu. So far, I mostly looked like the girl next door in my films. For the first time, I donned a variety role in Don Seenu, displaying the arrogance and over self confidence that would go with a modern and glamorous heroine.”

On saying about the gap she took in tollywood, the actress clarifies that time factor was not the criterion; people would judge only the success rate of an artiste. She adds “Now after Don Seenu, it is for the heroes here to decide. If they say they would not act if Shriya is not their heroine, then I would there in all films.” Shriya further adds “I would never give up my forte for special songs. Currently, I did one song in Komaram Puli. How can I resist the temptation with such a roaring combination of AR Rahman and Pawan Kalyan?”
