Siddharth's 'Bava' at Palakollu - JustTollywood.com News



Siddharth’s new film ‘Bava’ under the direction of a debutant Rambabu with ML Kumar Chowdary as a producer under the banner, Sri Keerthi Combines is currently shooting at Palakollu. The movie has shot few crucial scenes at Rajolu earlier.On the event, director Rambabu said, “This is a beautiful love story with a village backdrop. The scenes between Siddharth and the heroine will look cute. Dr.Rajendra Prasad is playing the role of Siddharth’s father in the film and his role will remain as highlight of the film.”

Producer Chowdary says, “We have completed the first schedule of the film at Rajolu in East Godavari district. We have shot few crucial scenes on hero Siddharth, Dr.Rajendra Prasad, heroine Pranathi, and Ahuti Prasad. The second schedule of the film is going on at Palakollu and it will end on 4th, April. We are picturizing some important scenes on the main actors.”Other supporting cast of the film includes Ali, Brahmanandam, Raghu babu, Nazar, Rajitha, Vinay Prasad and Pavitra Lokesh.

Nag, Veeru Potla, Kamakshi Kala Movies together! - JustTollywood.com News



Hero Nagarjuna and Kamakshi Kala Movies combination is being seen from long time. The recent ‘Kedi’ is also from their combination. Nagarjuna has signed another film for the same banner and according to the sources this film will be directed by Veeru Potla who recently directed ‘Bindaas’ with Manchu Manoj. Veeru Potla has narrated the story line and Nag has given his nod for the film.

Nagarjuna is currently busy with a bilingual film, ‘Payanam’. Payanam is being produced by Dil Raju. According to the grapevine, Dil Raju has just taken one month of Nag’s dates for Payanam. Veeru Potla and Nag’s combination film might hit the floors in the month of June.

'Darling' doing high business! - JustTollywood.com News



Young rebel star Prabhas upcoming film ‘Darling’ is doing good pre-release business. The distribution and the theatrical screening rights of the film were sold out at all the areas except in Guntur and Nellore regions for high whopping amounts. According to the inside sources, the movie is receiving a positive talk. The movie is currently in its post- production works and is gearing up for its release in April.

Kajal Agarwal is playing the female lead in the film and Actor Prabhu is playing a key role in the film. Karunakaran is directing this film and is being produced by Bhogavalli Prasad under the banner Sri Venkateswara Cine chitra Pvt.Ltd.‘Darling’ will hit the big screens on April 16th.

Asin meets 'Avatar' James Cameron - JustTollywood.com News



Hollywood big shot 'Avatar’ director James Cameron was in New Delhi last week to attend “India Today Conclave 2010” on the theme ‘New Decade: Great Expectations’ organized by The India Today Group.At the conclave Asin was also invited to speak at the youth forum about the theme of Reality Vs Idealism in movies in front of James Cameroon. Our Asin pulled it off with grace and confidence. Asin spoke on how the youth can break free and think out of the box to bring change in movies.

Asin also said "Change, according to me, is not just brought about by the youth, but by anyone. She said it may not be a revolution, but just a small change" and went on to cite a personal example to elucidate this further. "I was born into a traditional and orthodox Kerala Catholic family and I should have been named after my grandmother. But my parents thought out of the box, and named me Asin, which means without sin," she says. To live up to this name is what she strives for everyday."

Speakers at the conclave included the Dubai Royalty Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Union Home Minister P.Chidambaram, Union HRD Minister Kapil Sibal, CEO Ford Motor Co. Alan Mulally, Co-Founder of Facebook Chris Hughes, Author Salman Rushdie, Yoga Expert Swami Ramdev, Actors Ranbir Kapoor and Amir Khan.Later James Cameron and Aamir joined Asin and Ranbir for the gala dinner that was held after the summit where the "Titanic, Avatar" director appreciated Asin for her vision.Sharing the stage with such eminent personalities is indeed a great honour for Asin.

Varudu's final date: March 31 - JustTollywood.com News



After much speculation that the release date of Varudu has been postponed to April 2, it has been finally confirmed by the makers themselves that it's release is on March 31.The film is done with much of the post-production activity, while a song Relare Relare, is being pictured at Ramoji Film City. The song is being choreographed on 50 dancers, along with Arjun.

The producer says that the audio is getting rocking response in the market. To be seen in a new get-up in the movie, Arjun has an important release here.As someone who has the habit of holding something new every time, Guna has roped in Arya, Tamil hero of hits like Pattiyal and Arinthum Ariyaalum, to do a villainous role. Suhasini, Naresh, Asish Vidhyarthi, Sayaji Shinde and Brahmanandam are the other cast. The film will see plenty of action and emotions, according to the producers of Universal Media (D V V Danayya).

Balakrishna's Simha will release in the second week of April. It is learnt that the producers are too happy about the way the film has shaped up and promise that the film will set the BO on fire this summer. Song picturisation will commence from the 17th of March, at Ramoji Film City.Huge sets have been erected for the same, says Paruchuri Kiriti, the producer. Re-recording is already in the process. As per the plans, the audio will be unveiled in the last week of March.

Directed by Boyapati Sreenu, who says that "the body language and dialogue delivery of Balakrishna will be distinct and it will impress upon the audience, especially among the actor's fans to no end," the film will be for both classes and masses. The director is known for dishing out distinct characters for top heroes like Venkatesh, in Tulasi, in the past, and is sure that his new character will be very much liked by Balayya's vast fan base. "The film tells the story of a courageous man. The traits of the character will be liked by one and all," states Boyapati.
KR Vijaya, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Aditya Menon and Sravan are playing other roles. Malayalam actor Sai Kumar is playing an interesting role. Brahmanandam, Jeeva, Ali and others will be seen in comic roles Chakri is composing the music. Parachuri Kiriti is the producer.

Panchakshari shooting is complete - JustTollywood.com News



Anushka's current assignment, Panchakshari, is complete. The unit has wrapped up shooting and the makers are planning to launch the movie in the last week of April.Directed by V Samudra and produced by Bommadevara Chandrarao, the film belongs to the fantasy genre. The director has said that the film will have extraordinary scenes and story. He says that Anushka's characterisation and performance will be crucial.

The film will bear no resemblance as such to Arundhathi, says Samudra. Madhu Vipparthi has lent the story. It has dialogue by Thota Prasad, while music is by Chinni. Akkineni Venkataratnam is producing the film.The producer says that he is indebted to the Annapurna Studios. He informs that Anushka is giving her all for the film. Presented by Nagarjuna Akkineni, it has cinematography by Venu.The audio will be released in the first week of April.
