Biggies get ready for January 2010 war - JustTollywood.com News

Come January, a raft of big and small movies will slug fest for box office share at the box office. With at least four December releases getting postponed owing to the unfriendly situation for films in the state, these are joining in the Jan war too. Thus, you have Nagarjuna's 'Kedi', NTR's 'Adhurs', Venkatesh's 'Namo Venkatesha', Ravi Teja's 'Shambo Shiva Shambo' and Shekar Kammula- directed Leader coming as the month's biggest releases. These films have high stakes and are brandished as prestigious projects.

Now, the fight has got more exciting. It is difficult to fathom the enormity of the situation in next month, with no parallel in the past. Though there has been no official declaration about Leader's release date as yet, it may be presumed that the producers will not allow it to languish more than a month in the studio.
Apart from these much-awaited ones, there are films like Deva Katta's 'Prasthanam', Three Angels-produced 'Om Shanthi', Manchu Manoj-starrer Bindaas, Nikhil-starrer Kalavar King, Geetha Krishna-directed Koffi Bar, dubbed film Yuganiki Okkadu in the fray, though not necessarily in mid-Jan.
